Shipping Policy

At Earth & Elle, we’re committed to delivering your wellness essentials as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, including timelines, costs, and policies.

1. Shipping Locations & Costs

  • United States: We offer free standard shipping across all U.S. 

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to the United States only. 

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO boxes and military addresses. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for these locations.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours, as we work hard to ship your items as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Available for an additional charge, with delivery in 2-3 business days.

4. Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait for 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us at Paige@earthandelle.com within 10 days of the delivery date.
