We want you to love every Earth & Elle product! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy with a full refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: If you have ordered a product from Earth and Elle and decided the product is not for you, we can accept returns even if the product is opened. All returns must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at paige@earthandelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label (for U.S. customers only).
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Refund Policy
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges & Damaged Items
- Received a defective or incorrect product? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item and place a new order.
