I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING, CAN I TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?
While omega-3 supplements and collagen supplements are believed to be safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women, we would suggest contacting your physician prior to use.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan.
What is your customer guarantee?
We offer a happiness guarantee. If for some reason you are not 100% happy with any of our products, feel free to reach out to us athello@earthandelle.com. We will send you a label so you can return the products to us. Once we receive your return we will issue you a refund.
Is Earth & Elle women-owned?
Yes we are! Earth & Elle is 100% woman-owned, and founded by Paige Feddersohn.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders should arrive within 2-3* business days anywhere within the United States after processing. Once your order is processed, you will be emailed your tracking number.Â
* Please note, delivery times are approximate and based on information from shipping carriers. Shipping carriers might delay shipping which is beyond Earth & Elle’s control. During the Holiday Season, shipping carriers might take longer than usual to process which is also beyond Earth & Elle’s control. The delivery date of your order depends on when the order leaves our warehouse, and the destination address for the item.

We are located in San Marcos, CA. All of our products are shipped from right here in California.Â

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping through our website. If you would like to order our products and are located outside the United States, please place your order through our Amazon store.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 100% hassle-free return policy to our valued customers, within 30 days of the invoice date. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to reach out to our support team via hello@earthandelle.com. We will provide you with a charge-free return label so you can mail the product back to us. Once your return is received, we will issue you a full refund.
I HAVE A CERTAIN MEDICAL CONDITION, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend any specific product for a medical condition or disease. In such cases, we would suggest that you contact your doctor or health care practitioner for recommendations. If your doctor would like you to take an omega-3 supplement or collagen supplement, we would be more than happy to answer specific questions pertaining to those products.
